  • Call Data: Phone numbers of callers, call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries
  • Customer Information: Names, addresses, phone numbers, and service requests captured during calls
  • Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers
  • Usage Data: Call duration, feature usage, and service metrics

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and improve our AI phone answering service
  • Process and respond to customer calls on your behalf
  • Generate call transcripts, summaries, and lead information
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send service updates and support communications
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve service quality

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services for phone handling, speech processing, payment processing, and data storage. All providers are vetted for security and compliance with industry standards.

4. Data Retention

We retain call recordings and transcripts for 90 days by default, after which they are automatically deleted. Account and customer data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. You may request earlier deletion of specific data by contacting support.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Export your call data and customer records

7. Caller Disclosure

When callers reach your FlashOps number, they are interacting with an AI system. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for complying with applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction, which may require caller notification.

Our service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service dashboard.
